2025 dues to remain the same for residents of River Glen

The RGHOA Board of Directors voted during its September meeting to keep the dues at $425 annually.

There is a revised policy for late dues going into effect this winter. Here are the details:

• November 25 2024 - Dues statements will be sent no later than November 25, 2024, so that they should be received by the members by no later than Monday, December 2, 2024.
• January 1, 2025 - Dues are payable in full (check or Zelle) on January 1, 2025.
• January 10, 2025 - Dues paid by mail must be postmarked by December 31, 2024, and received by January 10, 2025. Any dues not received by RGHOA by January 10, 2025, will be subject to a $100 late fee.
• January 11, 2025 - 2nd invoices reflecting delinquent dues with the $100 late fee added will be mailed on January 11, 2025.
• February 1, 2025 - Outstanding balances will have a 3^rd (and final) invoice sent by certified mail with the notation "due upon receipt" with the $100 late fee included and with interest at the rate of 12% per annum accruing from the date of the third invoice.
• March 1, 2025 - RGHOA may commence appropriate third-party collection procedures including, without limitation, small claims court, property lien, wage garnishment, etc.
